Exchange mailbox
- Download Outlook from the app store
- Open Outlook and tap Get Started.
- Enter your full email address and click Sign In With Exchange.
Note: If you see Microsoft 365 logo and Microsoft account, select Not Office 365 option at the top.
Then select Change Account Provider > Exchange. - Enter the password for automatic configuration and tap Sign In.
- Enter all the settings manually if the automatic configuration fails.
To specify server settings manually, click Use Advanced Settings.-
Server name: your Exchange Proxy server name
There are two sets of settings that can be used for Domain and Username fields: - Domain: leave it blank
- Username: specify the full email address
- or ActiveSync domain and username
