First, to enable multi-factor authentication on your phone.

Continue through the Popup Wizard
You will be prompted to scan the QR Code displayed
On your SMART PHONE, open Google Authenticator and tap Scan QR Code
Scan the QR Code displayed on your computer with your smartphone's camera
On your SMART PHONE, you will now see 6 numbers
On your COMPUTER, type in those 6 numbers (Note: The 6 numbers change every 30 seconds)
Multi-Factor Authentication is now setup. From now on, go to Google Authenticator on your SMART PHONE to see those 6 numbers when signing in.
