It's time to upgrade your macOS - a task we usually perform after your business hours.


In this case, after the upgrade, you'll be asked to confirm your permissions and other security preferences, extending your online security. You may also be asked to confirm MSP Anywhere Agent Take Control, as seen below.


These steps are mandatory, for your online protection, and may require further two-step re-authentication with Apple.

if the above screens do not appear, then choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, click Security & Privacy, click Privacy, click Accessibility.

Click the Pad Lock and enter your computer password

  • Select the "MSP Anywhere Agent TakeControl" app Enable checkbox on Accessibility.
  • Select the "MSP Anywhere Agent TakeControl" app Enable checkbox on Screen Recording.


If the "MSP Anywhere Agent TakeControl" is not available, click + and select it from the Application List
